At TressLove, we believe your claw clips should be as dependable as they are beautiful. That's why our eligible metal-core claw clips come with a 6-Month Replacement Guarantee.

If the metal structure of your claw clip breaks within 6 months of purchase, we'll send you a replacement clip free of charge.

Because we want you to feel confident in the pieces you reach for every day.

What's Covered?

Our guarantee covers breakage of the metal core or metal structure of your TressLove claw clip within 6 months of purchase.

If the metal component breaks during normal use, we'll replace your clip at no cost.

What's Not Covered?

Our replacement guarantee applies specifically to the metal component, not the decorative cellulose acetate outer layer.

If the cellulose acetate layer becomes loose, separates, or comes off the metal structure after use, this is not considered metal breakage and is not covered under the guarantee.

The good news? A detached acetate layer doesn't necessarily mean your clip is unusable.

In many cases, the decorative layer can be reattached using B-7000 adhesive, commonly used in jewellery-making and craft applications. Please follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions and allow it to cure completely before wearing the clip again.

How to Request a Replacement

If the metal component of your eligible claw clip breaks within the 6-month guarantee period, simply contact our customer care team with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A clear photo showing the broken metal component

• A brief description of what happened

We'll review your request and help arrange your free replacement if the breakage is covered.
