Refund Policy

At TressLove, we strive to provide you with high-quality hair accessories that you will love. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Refunds will only be accepted for merchandise that is defective.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The original packing slip or proof of purchase is mandatory for all refund requests.

Process for Refunds:

  • Inspection: Once we receive a picture of defective product(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment once we receive the product. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Instructions:

  • Contact our customer service team at tresslove.ca to initiate a return and receive a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Make sure to use a trackable shipping method and retain the shipping receipt for your records.

Exceptions:

  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not comply with our policy.
